About Sacred Circularities

Sacred Circularities is an activation project by Jaguar Mary. I'm a hooper, filmmaker, nomadic artist from Washington, DC. When I got into hooping, I found an instant affinity between spiraling, dancing, and playing in the hoop and my spiritual practices. Sacred Circularities is about remembering our creativity and ability to live in joy. We're dancing in a hoop and we're deeply exploring an inner terrain that brings us happiness and propels our lives into super creative and awakened places. The hoop is for real and anyone who has been hooping for any amount of time will confirm this fact: Hooping can change your life. So we've got a great program here and just for clarity, I'll list some of the things that you will take home with you after this great experience. If you have any questions or concerns, email me: info@dchoopcollective.com

A Little Help From a Friend

I've compiled the top ten reasons why you should come to Bali other than the fact that I would love to see you, meet you, and hoop in a beautiful part of the world with you. Okay, here goes...

1.You live in abundance (and you know it!)

2.You've been dreaming of going to Bali for a while. Now you have the perfect opportunity.

3. You want to learn to speak a little Bahasa Indonesian. (FYI-Almost everyone you run into will address you in English. Bali is a hotspot for Australians and New Zealanders but you'll meet people from all over the world.)

4.Your hosts KaRa Maria, Jahsah, Jocelyn, Kandice and Jaguar Mary will love you up and take good care of you.

5.The food is awesome, healthy goodness and very inexpensive. Vegans and vegetarians will be particularly jazzed. Meat-eaters will also find their tastebuds duly sated.

6. You're looking to buy some new tribal wear (and you know it's going to be cheaper in Bali than at the last festival you went to!

7. All of your stress-inducing responsibilities suddenly end around mid-March.

8. You've been to all the other islands in the Indonesian chain. Now it's time to give Bali a try.

9.You were wondering what to do with your tax-refund. Now you have the answer.

10.And last but not least, why not?
